| We invite you to have fun, raise money for the hospice and get fit all at the same time. Come and take part in our Bike Ride on Sunday 24 June 2007. Start in St Albans and cycle to St Judes in Hampstead Garden Suburb, approximately 20 miles. Start time 10.30 am in St Albans.
