Ballet is a great workout which with Donna Schoenherr's careful tuition will gently tone, stretch, and strengthen your body while also addressing your needs as a whole (person). A qualified teacher and former professional dancer, her ballet classes are held in a friendly environment, with lovely musical accompaniment. Please note that you need to book for the beginners course and other courses.
