Ren adores Indian food and wants to teach you everything from making a basic curry to more complicated dishes. In Ren's kitchen you do the cooking - the class is not just a demonstration. She finds out about your cooking skills, your food likes and dislikes, and creates a class for a maximum of three people. All ingredients are supplied, only the freshest ingredients are used, and you will take home enough food for two. Ren provides recipe cards with step by step instructions, and you can even telephone her while cooking at home if you need help.
